I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

Please allow one to two business days after processing and production for your order to be shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order free of charge. You can cancel your order within 24 hours for the cancellation to take effect. Simply send us an email with the subject "CANCELLATION" to our email address: contact@ nexlop.com .

Where can I find my order number?

Your order confirmation email may have ended up in your spam folder.

If, after checking, you cannot find the confirmation email with your order number, please contact us with the subject “My order number”.

Can I change the order/delivery address?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make the necessary changes. Please note that once your order has been processed and shipped (24 hours after you placed it), we will not be able to make any further changes.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Spain, Mexico and the United States.

Do you have a physical store where I can see the products?

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store yet. At the moment, we only have an online store.

Where can I find my order number so I can track it?

We provide a tracking number for every shipping order once the product has left our warehouse. The tracking number is available as soon as the shipment is made.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery time is 7-12 working days from the moment your order leaves our warehouse. Due to uncontrollable circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, etc.), delivery may be delayed.

My product has arrived damaged

If this happens to you, please contact us with: - Your order number. - A photo or video of the damaged product. Once received, we will send you a new order at no cost.

Don't worry, your order will be delivered to your mailbox or to the nearest post office.

The delivery person will leave a message in your mailbox so you can pick up the package at the post office.
